Starting in the new year, I’ll be offering EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), after completing EMDRIA-approved training this December.
EMDR is an evidence-based approach that helps people process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. It pairs beautifully with the DBT work many of my clients are already doing — while DBT builds strong coping and emotion-regulation skills, EMDR helps address the deeper experiences that keep old emotional patterns alive.
Together, they offer a powerful combination for meaningful, lasting change.
